MEET AVA

Since age 14, I’ve always been just a girl who loves dancing on a bike in a dark room. But seriously, the past three years teaching at TurnStyle have taught me so much more than hitting a 1-2-1-2. This space has provided me a place to leave whatever’s stressing me out at the door and be present with an amazing community. TurnStyle has truly made Madison home for me and created a space for me to be 100% myself. For me, exercise is all about moving your body because you WANT to, not to look a certain way. Cycling is my all time favorite because it’s a party on a bike and place that makes you feel good all because you want to. 

In my class you’ll find yourself smiling and pushing yourself as I spread all my energy through the room, and trust me, there’s a lot of it. My passion for spin radiates through my class and you’ll leave feeling 10 times better than when you walked in. I love a mix of music, anything from Noah Kahan to Drake, I’m here for it. Walk in to class ready to cheer each other on and I promise you’ll love the vibe in the room!
