MEET AVA

 I started spinning in 2017 at my family's cycling studio in MN. The opportunity to teach came my way two years later, and I immediately fell in love with the workout and knew it would stick with me. I took a break from teaching spin when the studio closed permanently due to covid back in 2020, and knew from the moment I decided on Madison that I would be making my way to Turnstyle. I am SO excited to be a part of the instructor team!

I would describe my classes as energetic and exciting. My goal is to push you to challenge yourself and work your hardest!

My music choice is such a mixed bag honestly - you'll hear anything from Hip Hop to Country. I like it all!
