Trying something new is hard.

Here are a few details tO get you started on the right foot.

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you check-in, get your bike set, and ensure that you’re ready to ride.

No screens.

Leave cell phones out of the studio & dim fitness watches. If you’d like, you can leave your phone with the front desk and we’ll get you if there is an emergency.

Be Respectful.

We feed off the rhythm of our neighbors. If you want to do your own thing, we highly encourage that, but please don’t ride in the front row.

I'm New To Spinning, What Should I Expect?

Lots of fun and even more sweat. Our classes are entirely beat-based, which means the music drives the ride. The difficulty of the class is in your hands; instructors will guide you through but it’s up to you to control resistance knob on your bike. If you’re feeling tired, lessen the resistance, and if you’re feeling great, add on more. Riders can expect to climb the highest hills and race down the backside, while implementing upper body choreography to really target a total body workout. The foundation of the whole class is in putting your feet on the beat of the song and building resistance to support you. Create your account to get started!

When Should I Arrive?

We suggest that you arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to class start time, especially if you’re new! All riders must arrive FIVE MINUTES prior to the start of class, or you are subject to loosing your spot to someone on the waitlist.

Can I swear sneakers, or bring my own cycling shoes?

Our bikes are not compatible with sneakers - we believe that wearing shoes that clip into the pedals dramatically increase the quality of the workout. For that reason we provide complimentary shoe rentals, or you may bring your own. Our pedal’s accommodate both LOOK/DELTA and SPD clips. Our renal shoes are LOOK.

Do you sell water?

Yes, we have bottled water for $2 or we have a water bubbler if you want to fill your own.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 12 hours. Cancelling within 12 hours is considered a late-cancel and results in a $10 fee and the return of your class credit within 24-hours. Failing to show up for a class without cancelling is considered a no show and results in a $20 fee and the the loss of your credit.

Do your memberships have a minimum monthly commitment?

Yes, 3 month minimum commitment. Cancelling your membership before the 3-months will result in a fee equal to 50% of your monthly rate, for each missed month (ie. If your monthly rate is $99 and you decided to cancel after 1 month, you will be charged $49.50 for month 2 and 3, or $99 total).
