Arrive Early
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you checked-in, get you set up with your equipment, and ensure that you’re ready to sweat!
No screens.
Leave cell phones out of the studio & dim fitness watches. If you’d like, you can leave your phone with the front desk and we’ll get you if there is an emergency.
Be Respectful.
We feed off the rhythm of our neighbors. If you want to do your own thing, we highly encourage that, but be mindful of your spot selection as not to disrupt others.
When Should I Arrive?
We suggest that you arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to class start time, especially if you’re new! All clients must arrive FIVE MINUTES prior to the start of class, or you are subject to loosing your spot.
What do I need to bring?
We have a water refill station or water bottles available for purchase for $2. Sweat and shower towels are complimentary. Mat towels for our heated SCULPT classes are available for rent for $5, or you may bring your own. We offer free CYCLE shoe rentals, or bring your own (our bikes are compatible with both SPD and Delta clips).
What Should I Expect?
Expect a lot of fun—and even more sweat. Our classes are entirely beat-based, meaning the music drives every ride and every movement. The challenge level is always in your control: you decide your resistance on the bike in CYCLE, and equipment for the mat in SCULPT.
Feeling tired? Dial it back. Feeling strong? Add on and level up! Our instructors are trained to support a wide range of abilities, so listen to their cues, move at your own pace, and trust the process—we promise you’ll love these energizing, total-body workouts.
