• All clients are expected to be present in the building at least 5-minutes prior to class start time. We do not allow late arrivals into class under any circumstances.

    Please be aware that spots will be released 5 minutes prior to class to waitlisted clients. If you are not in the studio 5 minutes before class time you risk losing your spot.

  • Our cancellation policy is 12 hours. Cancelling within 12 hours is considered a late-cancel and results in a $15 fee and the return of your class credit within 24-hours.

    Failing to show up for a class without cancelling is considered a no show and results in a $25 fee and the the loss of your credit.

    • All of our memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancelling your membership before the 3-months will result in a fee equal to 50% of your monthly rate, for each missed month (ie. if your monthly rate is $99 and you decided to cancel after 1 month, you will be charged $49.50 for month 2 and 3, or $99 total).

    • We generally offer freezes that coincide with the academic calendar, or for exstenuating circumstances. A freeze will pause your membership exactly where it is in the bill cycle, and allow you to use any remaining days and credits upon reactivation (pushing your next bill date back).

    • You can upgrade / downgrade your membership at anytime. Kindly give us three business days notice prior to your next payment to ensure cancellation without issue.

  • By signing up for the waitlist you are signing up for the class. You may get off the waitlist several hours before class (you will receive an email), or you may be added from the waitlist at the start of class due to no-shows. If you are not present and your name is bumped off the waitlist, you will be penalized as a no-show.


    If you do not plan to come to the studio and wait, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. By removing yourself from the waitlist prior to class time, you will not be penalized as a late-cancel or no-show.

  • Full-length mat towels are required for our heated classes. We offer mat towels for rent - $5 for non-members, or $3 for members - or you may purchase one in-studio, or bring your own.
